This game is different in that the click progression portion does not go in order. You will be told to go gentle then fast then slow then gentle or whatever until the sperm bar has reached maximum. To use an item, you must click on the item in the inventory on the top of the screen then click on the area on the screen in which you want to use that item. You also have to click on the flowers on the doorstep and they will move so you can click on the key underneath which you can use to unlock the door and retrieve a shovel which you use to move the pile of snow in front of the house and find a small box. There is also a flower/pinecone on the wreath on the front door which you can click on once you have clicked on the door and the door becomes full screen. After placing the apple, pine cone/flower, and ornament into the box under the snow pile, you will then get the keys to the mailbox, and you can then open it up and put the present inside.
